One hard thing about solo dev with ai is that ai thinks everything you suggest is a great idea, especially from a product perspective and you get no critical feedback and its easy to get lost in the sauce.

i think it's all about problem solving and understanding the best tools to use and best machines to build to solve the problem before you

i think i'm a good vibe coder, but that doesn't make me a good founder / product builder, i see them as separate skills

both require persistence, but the former is more about internal creative exploration, and the latter is more about listening and adapting to external demands

Fair point. It’ll get better. 

Though, this is why I don’t think vibe coding is the end all be all right now. There is a lot of foundational knowledge that is important to understand that makes one a better programmer.
