Went Huso in TriBeCa, a tasting menu restaurant hidden inside a caviar shop last night ran by 2x Top Chef winner Chef Buddha Lo. This was the final dish lol.

Great! It was like 3 hours long haha. I haven’t been to many other tasting menu spots in NYC, but I imagine this comes close to them.
