One thing that comes to mind is splits i.e. I can direct all income to a splits contract that automatically makes donations on my behalf across all of the orgs I care about.

Transparency, right now with many donations it's unclear how much actually goes to the end recipients/target programs. Charities often have overhead ratios in excess of 60%

I would probably donate a lot more if I have a better sense of how the money was being spent, specifically the money I give

They can stake the donations that receive in defi and use the profits for long term support, instead of one time donations
