day 1 of trying to habit stack habit stacking is building a sustainable routine by attaching a new habit to an established habit! i learned this from atomic habits by james clear the established or anchor habit for me is working out (i’ve been doing this for 10 years so easy enough for me) the new habit is admin like tasks - replying to emails, finishing off multiple edits etc (this is VERY new to me and i want to get better at it) so i am stacking them by bringing my laptop to the gym and doing my workout once i have completed the tasks! may also try experimenting with the order to see if i find admin easier after working out! has anyone else tried this lmk what worked for you? 🙏🏾

i have to literally FORCE myself to find ways that work for me to keep or i just wont get anything done i have read so many books about it hahaha i think casting also keeps me accountable too so would recommend that!
