ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much đĢ so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking đ§âđŗ any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

real. i've always carried stress in my neck/shoulders. need to work on my posture and make stretching a bedrock routine đ§ââī¸
