ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much đŸĢ  so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking đŸ§‘â€đŸŗ any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

ten years of tai chi will fix this :} in the meantime you can always drop your shoulders

thinking about it a little more, the neatest flip I got from tai chi might be arm goes up, shoulder goes down (eg scapula slides down). can practice that every time we lift our arms to get a deep movement repatterning going for the whole neck/shoulder combo â€Ļ sorry for my ted talk
