Founders: How valuable is customer feedback to you when you were / are building ? Iām not saying the people telling you ānice jobā or āthis sucksā Iām talking about people who get granular, understand your product, and let you know suggestions ideas, or difficulties they had with your UX. How much did that help or has it helped you?

pretty important, but it's important to bucket the feedback by how important the user persona is, urgency, etc
