Founders: How valuable is customer feedback to you when you were / are building ? I’m not saying the people telling you “nice job” or “this sucks” I’m talking about people who get granular, understand your product, and let you know suggestions ideas, or difficulties they had with your UX. How much did that help or has it helped you?

pretty important, but it's important to bucket the feedback by how important the user persona is, urgency, etc

Immeasurably. The best part of Web3 is having such a dedicated community that is so willing to provide feedback. If you are a founder and don’t have a Discord or Telegram group where you are regularly interacting with users and asking for feedback, you are screwing up.

It’s the difference between building what you think works and what actually works. Granular feedback shaped half our roadmap.

The detailed stuff is gold. A single user walking you through where they got stuck can save weeks of guessing.
