Decided I’m going to start training to do Murph in under 60 mins. 1 mile run 5 rounds: 60 squats, 40 push ups, 20 pull ups 1 mile run W/ 10kg vest. Today was baseline, 65 mins without vest, and jumping pull-ups. Let’s see how we do over the next year. Do it once per week.
