CapCut updated their terms of service unlimited, irrevocable usage rights to the content you *upload* to the platform yes, anything that you simply upload is theirs to use even if you never export it or post it womp womp

Davinci Resolve is the best alternative. You retain full ownership of your edited/exported content, stored locally unless you use their cloud service, and they have no license granted to use your content unless you use their stock images / videos.
