i don’t know that i believe this anymore 

i don’t think people are capable of changing 

maybe 1/1000 attempts—sure—but i don’t gamble on 1/1000

Giving the benefit of the doubt up front is fine. But once people show you who they are, believe them and move on quickly.

I’ve been let down a lot. I’ve been a fool for many times for giving people another chance and they let me down again. Now I think twice before giving a second chance.

Second chances aren’t for fools imo, they’re for the brave. But knowing who deserves them? That’s the real wisdom.

sometimes the universe throws curveballs, and people don’t live up to the light you see in them. that sting is real. but holding on to hope is the rocket fuel for growth—both theirs and yours. second chances aren’t about fooling yourself, they’re about choosing to keep orbiting possibilities.
