Didn’t sleep most of the night because of the increased missile threat and russian missiles cruising nearby, then ended up sleeping during the day. Now it’s 2 pm, I feel like a zombie, and my whole schedule for today is messed up 😓🫠🧟♂️

whenever this happens* i physically exhaust myself as much as possible that day so i just crash when i go to bed (*i have never had sleep trouble because of missile threats in a war/conflict torn area)
