I recently started doing something and it’s been pretty effective, I don’t know why. I have a walk pad under my desk. I walk for 1 hr at 4 mi/hr speed and try to get to inbox zero. If i cannot go through my email in an hour - I pick it up again tomorrow I am not checking email at other times. And it seems to be working. I have been looking forward to it. Not much resistance It’s been three weeks now.

That’s actually a brilliant system movement + focused time + clear boundary. No wonder it’s working! What made you start doing it this way?
