How will Zohran Mamdani impact NYC real estate? Just wrapped another Sunday of property tours with my pops — but all the buzz right now is about Mamdani winning the primary. He’s not mayor yet… but if he gets there, what does it mean for NYC real estate? Between rent laws, regulations, and rates — it’s already tough out here. If Mamdani wins: • Should we hold back? • Or double down? Curious what my NYC or real estate people are thinking 👇

You’d be hard pressed to find a Brit cool wit this from what I’ve seen. Because I’ve what I’ve dealt with in some areas of Michigan, along with some personal. I’m honestly concerned about this turn of events. And that makes me sad today. I’ve always thought I was opened minded, but seeing what I’ve seen, a lot of people are in for a world of hurt, like you see in the UK.

I am. There’s places you don’t necessarily want to deal with. (As a black gay woman it’s already hard) but add some areas popping up like what you see in the UK but not as bad, add a couple more cities to the list.
