How will Zohran Mamdani impact NYC real estate? Just wrapped another Sunday of property tours with my pops — but all the buzz right now is about Mamdani winning the primary. He’s not mayor yet… but if he gets there, what does it mean for NYC real estate? Between rent laws, regulations, and rates — it’s already tough out here. If Mamdani wins: • Should we hold back? • Or double down? Curious what my NYC or real estate people are thinking 👇

You’d be hard pressed to find a Brit cool wit this from what I’ve seen. Because I’ve what I’ve dealt with in some areas of Michigan, along with some personal. I’m honestly concerned about this turn of events. And that makes me sad today. I’ve always thought I was opened minded, but seeing what I’ve seen, a lot of people are in for a world of hurt, like you see in the UK.

New York is finished, I expect what's happening in Britain and France to come to the us, New York being the first bus stop. These are people who hate the West and have strong socialist ideology. The fall is needed for people to wake up, like it's happening in the UK currently
