How will Zohran Mamdani impact NYC real estate? Just wrapped another Sunday of property tours with my pops — but all the buzz right now is about Mamdani winning the primary. He’s not mayor yet… but if he gets there, what does it mean for NYC real estate? Between rent laws, regulations, and rates — it’s already tough out here.
