Trump uses his position to make tweets like a teenager

I also find it unseemly for a president to speak that way. But it makes me wonder what it reveals about Trump and the Republican base. To me, it suggests that certain issues— impeachment, but also DEI, immigration, and broad support for progressive "causes"—have become total turn-offs for much of the electorate.
