I guess if we extend the definition of pork beyond elected officials, sure. Mostly I think he was able to deflect scrutiny and regulation of companies for the time being. We shall see if that is enough to offset the millions he spent on the election and the damage to his brand(s).

Because the bill cuts the electric vehicle tax credit that Elon was lobbying for.  Since demand for Teslas are absolutely plummeting due to Elon's antics, and Tesla is spending way more than its making, it really needs these credits.
