Got my first grinder! What are some good online roasters to try? Don’t really love light roasts that are acidic but am open to try new stuff

Looks cool! If you can, find a local roaster. Over time you might get great tips on how to optimize the flavor of their beans. I have a similar taste preference to you, but you might be surprised how much the pour technique affects the flavors of freshly roasted beans - lower temp water for instance.

I’ve been buying beans from a local roaster and have them grind it - will definitely keep buying from them alongside trying new stuff from online I mainly use an aeropress and found this site which should help experiment with new things! https://thewinniewu.github.io/aeropress-dice/
