She basically got a 2 year delay for her state. She straight up says she disagrees with the bill but voted for it. She isn't even due for reelection until the end of Trump's term. I don't get this woman at all. But yea, her and Collins typically express that they don't like the Republican position, but then end up voting for it in the end. Collins didn't cave this time though.

Conjecture, but, Collins didn’t cave only because her vote was needed.
