I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

Ok maybe I will recommend you go the gyrotonic / gyrokenesis. It’s weird, but the foot-core connection has really helped my hyper-arched feet come down to earth a bit
