Not available everywhere but get them somewhere beautiful and ideally good weather where it's fun to walk and bike. Or a nice pool.

weightlifting my dad (60y) was tired of cardio (cycling and jogging) so i told him he would likely benefit from weightlifting guy loves it and goes back to it as much as possible, doesn't tire him out the same way
