I got in a little friendly argument with my mom tonight about paying my brother Thomas who passed 2025 taxes. She insists that it’s the right thing to do. But, I disagree. He’s dead. He doesn’t owe them anything and I think he would agree. How do yall feel about this, regardless of what’s legal?

Mourning then potentially arguing with family = could destroys the living relationships or tarnishing the lost one's name or memory.

1 individuals desicions (not targeting your bro) shouldn't affect any family... Some may not be close or even aware.
