2. Helping New Contributors Right now, it’s hard to know where to start or what the key parts of the story are. Making a “Temporary Canon” is a great step. But even a simple visual map, a summary, or short videos could help people understand the story faster. Maybe even a “starter pack” for new creators?

3. Quality over Quantity It’s smart to focus on high quality work instead of lots of posts. But it might help to give clear examples of what “high-context” or “high-effort” means, so new people can aim for the right level. Some might want to do good work but just don’t know how yet.

4. The Mini App The daily story edits sound fun and very creative. I love the idea of a story that changes every day based on community input. The Echo Map and Canon are great too. Maybe add a way for people to see how their piece connects to others like a timeline or character tree?

5. Channel Access Rules Limiting the main feed to high effort contributors makes sense to keep things high quality. But maybe once a month, allow “open mic” days where anyone can post and try things out especially useful for people still learning.

6. Brainstorming Calls & Contests Weekly calls are a great way to bond and grow ideas together. The future contests also sound fun. Just make sure the themes are clear and not too complex, so newer voices feel welcome to join too. TL;DR (Quick Summary): The vision is amazing. Luminary feels like it could become a home for collective storytelling. A few small changes like helping newcomers onboard faster, showing clear examples of good posts, and adding more visual tools could make it easier for more people to join and do great work.
