what problem do you solve? and sometimes founders give the wrong answer and then build wrong features, even though a product direction is right

So true! I encourage founders to actually use the words of their customers. If the answer to the problem they solve is wrong or they've built the wrong features it's a clear-cut way to tell they haven't talked to enough users.
