After well over 1,000 hours of coaching with 120+ clients, I can confidently say: This is the hardest—and most effective—thing I do. 1. Pick a value. 2. Define it clearly. 3. Choose a behavior that proves it—something a third party could confirm. 4. Write a daily yes/no question to track it. 5. Share it with someone who’ll hold you to it. Example: Value – Follow-through. Definition – I keep promises, even the small ones. Behavior – If I say I’ll send it, I send it—same day. Question – “Did I follow through on everything I said I’d do today?” Score: 1 (yes) or 0 (no). That last step? Boosts follow-through by 95%. It’s simple. It’s uncomfortable. It works. This is how we optimize: aligning values with behaviors. It’s a great weekend to be coachable.

Prior, I've also written about the performative nature of declaring values (which your framework is great at avoiding) https://medium.com/unfounded/successful-startups-are-built-on-backs-not-plaques-c5f5e8ad856b
