day 1 of break/sick leave - I realized 10 minutes ago I should call it what it is: sick leave. I burned out or came super close to it. Or maybe just mega exhausted from doing too much. - a constraint that I set myself for coming back has not yet changed just got stronger and stronger with every conversation with myself and friends (thank you!) - I got annoyed at myself for not being productive today and then told myself off for that thought. - I had the worst night ever last night. Which is telling because I thought last week that I had the worst night ever. - My legs aren't killing me after the race! So either I didn't push myself enough or got hydration right. - I need to spend more time deciding what I want. For work, but also at home with the kids, friends, would-be-partner, life.
