Buying a new MacBook this week. 

Def doing M4. Was thinking 32 gb ram, 512 ssd should be more than enough 

Does anyone have strong opinions on the air vs pro? 

My current one is a pro I bought 6 years ago. Seems like there’s a “lightweight / aesthetic” argument to the air which might be worth thinking about

I bought the M4 Pro 14" in January. The screen is beautiful, its ridiculously fast and the extra RAM has made a big difference over my previous 2020 model.

But... it is heavy and I don't really enjoy travelling with it. I bought it before the AIR came out and after having seen an AIR  in person, I wish I waited.
