Well since it’s not just a ‘PLM’ - protein language model, as it doesn’t go from sequence alone to structure,  I guess large protein model could encompass more and work!

Would it be fair to call this a "Large Protein Model" (á la Large language model)?

Yeah and practically the same in French, suddenly adding a ‘la’ at the front makes such a difference lol
