La-Proteina is a new generative protein structure model developed by NVIDIA in collab w U of Oxford and Mila - Quebec AI institute it also sounds like a new fashion house elevating foundational protein models to serve backbone and side chains all at once this is structural protein couture

Would it be fair to call this a "Large Protein Model" (á la Large language model)?

Well since it’s not just a ‘PLM’ - protein language model, as it doesn’t go from sequence alone to structure, I guess large protein model could encompass more and work!
