#1: Keeps cutting board clean at all times while working through different tasks. Reduces paper towels or reusable cloth towels, scoops mise en place making it easy to transfer to different vessels or where it will be cooked.

been working my way up to more complex breads, but mostly bagels, cookies, and focaccia right now!

took a baking course earlier this year which helped out a ton and now I prep bagels most weekends and make them every weekday

thats sweet! what type of bagels do you like to make? Do you have a preference between the canadian style with honey or the ny style with barley malt.

definitely the barley malt! i used to do canadian style but finally tried the malt and it just tasted like my dream bagel - first bite I was totally sold
