I didn’t do any leg exercises at the gym until about 8 months ago. Since then, I’ve went from leg pressing 150lbs to 270lbs with the same reps & sets. 📈

Thanks! Just the guided squat thing but I usually get kind of lightheaded so mainly stick to the sit down leg press. Haven’t tried deadlifts but probably should.
