Colbert getting cancelled is fine and good. He was a great satirist on the Report but the Late Show had zero edge; maybe he was just too old. The wit was still there but it was rarely funny. Really the whole late night roster needs a clearing of the board, it's all milquetoast. Did you see Fallon's Jorts video making the rounds? Has there ever been anything less funny? Somebody on Twitter referred to it as adult daycare programming.

Sadly agree. Jon Stewart is still at the top of his game but Colbert got watered way down after a couple years on prime time.
