I don’t know when the change happened 

but less and less eager to do work travel that’s conference related unless it’s something like a team offsite

Upgrading airplane seats are nice, hotel rooms are nice 

but there’s no substitute for being home

I used to travel for work 2 weeks a month for ~3 years. in your 20s it’s amazing but when you’re closer to 30 or 30+, it’s a huge drag. 

It’s essentially the same hotel/restaurants/meetings but in different cities
