NIBOSHI RAMEN. Dried sardine broth ramen. This place does a twist on the traditional niboshi style. Very deep flavor and artisanal level noodles. They even offer a small portion of just noodles to try at the beginning for 200 yen. They’re that confident. 波乃にのぼる
