at the gym! thought i would quickly film my warm up cos u can just do things 10 squats 20 lunges 10 press ups ( on knees if reg is difficult) give it a try maybe do 2 rounds if ur at home 🫶🏾

The coach makes us run for 20 minutes and we do boxing drills I left the gym cuz it didn’t help me much so i started boxing

nice!! im glad u found something u enjoy my track warmup is like an hour long lol this is just my pre gym warm up i did 5 mins on the bike then this or i do a barbell complex which i may show another time :)
