Got my makeup professionally done but I think it was too harsh. My 6-year old nephew said it was ugly and refused to hug me until I toned it down 😂 The before and after:

It's tricky, right? A professional has to show they're adding value by doing things you wouldn't normally do. I think the before would have been more striking in photos and looked better in a darker environment, but the after is nicer in the daylight. Your nephew withholding the love via trade and negotiation is epic.
