i haven't been able to eat a proper meal in two days. snacking on dry fruits and coffee. i also haven't slept well for more than a week bc i wake up anywhere between 4-7am even tho i go to sleep after midnight. what is going on. 😭

Ōura Ring for insight could be just what the doctor ordered... It's actually pretty remarkable. You could, of course, consider competitors such as Ultrahuman or even just the Apple Watch. Typically it's all about the circadian rhythm. When to avoid and get light/caffeine/food/sugar/sleep/heat.

Actually for the average person I’ve seen it be more of an anxiety point than something that helps unfortunately. Great tool if you’re a data nerd imo
