Yes, yes, yes That is completely the opposite of what we have in the UK and that is why I love 🇺🇸 it feels you’re belong there since the beginning British people generally don’t like foreigners, and even if they accept them, they usually try to keep a significant distance (example, most of the parents in my daughter class still don’t say me hi after 3 years at school) They don’t allow foreigners to move into the upper class, which is also a very outdated way of classifying society
