In the future, every app will have an embedded wallet It's just an easier, lower-cost way to send and receive payments online (especially as stablecoins grow in prevalence) Doubly true for tools that let anyone, anywhere build and sell products. Eg a 16yo vibe codes a cool app that people around the world are willing to pay $3/month for? Far easier to spin up a wallet than navigate the financial sausage of current international payments + banking

Lmao so let me recap Me: We have too many wallets (mainly bc of embedded wallet providers) You: Embedded wallets easily solve this Me: How? You: Check out Turnkey (key management software allowing embedded wallet providers / apps to build their own wallet infra to create more wallets) this makes no sense

I did read it, and I disagree that it’ll remain a persistent problem You’re describing a snapshot in time, I’m trying to encourage you to be more optimistic about the hard working teams that have solutions in the pipeline! But if you’re convinced these teams aren’t working as hard as I think they are, that’s entirely your call. And maybe it’s even a problem you could try to solve!

It's a problem that they've created and enabled at the expense of composability and interoperability which are two of the biggest reasons to build consumer products on crypto rails I'm a big fan of all the teams working on this (Turnkey, Privy, Dynamic, Para, etc) and I know they are working hard on some solutions but I still think this remains a persistent problem and I don't have a vested interest in this race. I'm just pushing for better product experiences that enable composability and interoperability for end users.
