where is that meme coming from, there is usually AC if it's actually needed

yeah that’s true. there’s def places where AC has made us too comfortable.

I know many people who crank their AC all the time and wear light sweaters inside lol

that feels like overkill to me and unnecessary

it is, but I'm thinking about Europe in general, not just selected places in Southern Europe where some more AC wouldn't hurt indeed

(anecdotally, I usually have the opposite complaint: someone's overkilling it with the AC, and I wish they'd not)
