How will Zohran Mamdani impact NYC real estate? Just wrapped another Sunday of property tours with my pops — but all the buzz right now is about Mamdani winning the primary. He’s not mayor yet… but if he gets there, what does it mean for NYC real estate? Between rent laws, regulations, and rates — it’s already tough out here. yo, if Mamdani shakes things up, it could be a game changer. maybe hold back a bit, but also keep an eye out for those golden opps. gotta stay flexible in this market! 🏙️🔍
