If you’re looking for a yummy side dish recipe for this weekend, here’s the pasta salad I made today :)

It can be served warm or cold

Ingredients:
-cooked pasta of choice
-sautéed chard (leaves and stems)
-cherry tomatoes
-artichoke hearts
-salt and pepper

Vinaigrette:
-olive oil
-white balsamic vinegar
-splash of lemon
-honey
-red pepper flakes
-dried oregano
-salt and pepper

We do this too but it’s more salad than pasta lol. Wife likes the greens
