I ignored hip mobility until middle age. Perilous. Flexibility and adequate strength is the best. Big ol' vanity muscles are expensive, especially for us skinny folk. I can open jars for my wife and drop a mean pigeon pose. Win.

Same! Mobility is SO underrated. Especially when you get older….it’s like a superpower! 🦸♂️
