My waiter told me that they no longer accept American Express⊠because of Brexit. Apparently England was the guarantor of the US money system for all of the EU, but since they pulled out, the American banks have had to negotiate agreements with every individual country. How tedious. âItâs been two months since it started working in Germany, so I think about two months before it starts working over here.â
