I can’t eat gluten but one of my last trips where I could was brazil a while ago, some of the best baked delicacies in the entire world : )

So sorry you can't do gluten anymore. And yes, I am proud of our baking cuisine. What you should be allowed still is pão de queijo (cheesy bread)! It is made with yukka flour so you are good. It is my fav Brazilian snack.

My son had me make an Oreo version. Brigadeiro is super easy to make. Rolling into small balls is the hard part but home made usually gets eaten with a spoon 😆
All you need is condensed milk and chocolate powder. Mix on a pan until thicken 💙
