As @markcarey would say: the hotter, the better… 🥵 Not for me! I really don’t like running in hot conditions. I had to stop to 5 fountains in 13 km

I hate running in the heat! I hate it! I sweat a lot! My heart rate, which is already high, is sky-high haha. Right now it's around 3 to 4°C here, and I'm sick haha, but I LOVE training in these climates.
