I do consider the time when I cast because we're all from diff countries.

Ooh 1 hr gap only. It's 5pm here already. 

Well, the most active times for me here are 7-9am in the morning, 3-5pm in the afternoon, and then 8-10pm in the evening. Well, just adjust it an hour, haha. 

Dead time mostly is from 12nn to 2pm, like the casts. I'm only seeing those times are from farmers and people I don't follow. 

Not sure if it can help but that what I usually do, and it works as long as I'm active as well, times haha
