Probably utility coins with revenue share and sustainable business model of the protocol And I am more bullish on the project coins but with some kind of due diligence before launching a raise -> I mean just cast about your project should not be enough, otherwise there will be a lot of scammers

Yeah we are pretty much fucked. I think once the project coin meta runs out we go back to memes again. But only for a short period of time. And it will be like a game of roulette. Just the way the rules of the game go.
