Creative output isn’t infinite. Most of us get a couple hours max of truly high-leverage work a day. If you dilute that across 2-3 “big ideas,” you’re not multiplying impact you’re just dividing momentum.

everybody is creative, ideas are a dime a thousand

How can you still gain trust if you keep abandoning projects that you must have believed and ask people to believe in it too?

Hard disagree; 

Slack was originally a failed game called Glitch. Nobody cared. But the dev team loved the internal chat tool they built to communicate.

Pinterest spent a year with almost zero traction. Took 2+ years to hit product-market fit.

Notions early version failed. They shut down and rebuilt the entire thing from scratch in 2017. Look at it now. 

Sometimes the most important quality to have as a founder is to believe in the product itself

Could be argued that similar drive could be applied to former project if you still believed in it and it would most likely pick up.

Discipline is a muscle; you need to work it out to build it.
The real issue here is capping your productiveness at some arbitrary number you heard from an “influencer”.
